Information We Collect

Account Request Information

When you request access to our Service as a prospective customer, we collect:

This information is used solely to evaluate your request and contact you about our services.

Account Information

When you become a customer and create an account with Terra Hosting, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Login credentials (password is encrypted and never stored in plain text)
  • Two-factor authentication preferences

ASIC Miner Data

For clients who host ASIC mining equipment at our facility, we display operational data retrieved from the Foreman ASIC management software, including:

  • Hash rate and mining performance metrics
  • Pool configurations and share statistics
  • ASIC model, make, and hardware information
  • Operational status and alerts

Important: This data is retrieved in real-time from Foreman's API and is not permanently stored by Terra Hosting. We act as a pass-through to display your equipment's current status.

Billing Information

Invoice and billing data is retrieved from QuickBooks for display purposes. Terra Hosting does not store, process, or retain any payment card information, bank account details, or other sensitive financial data. All payment processing is handled directly through QuickBooks Payments.

Support Ticket Information

When you submit a support ticket, we collect the information you provide, including:

  • Ticket subject and description
  • Associated ASIC machines (if applicable)
  • Message history and attachments

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymized usage data to improve our Service, including:

  • Session duration and login frequency
  • Pages and features accessed within the application
  • Device type and operating system (for mobile app)

This data is used solely for improving user experience and Service functionality. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

We use QuickBooks to manage billing and invoicing. Payment processing is handled directly by QuickBooks Payments. Intuit's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
