Simply tap “Request Access” on the login screen and fill out the form. Our team will review your request and contact you within 1-2 business days.
Terra Hosting services are available to anyone interested in hosting ASIC cryptocurrency mining equipment. We welcome individual miners, small businesses, and large-scale mining operations. There are no organizational or membership requirements to become a customer.
Once your account request is approved and you begin hosting services with us, you'll receive login credentials via email. If you haven't received your credentials or need them reset, please contact us.
Once logged in, navigate to the Machines section to view real-time data for all your hosted ASIC miners, including hash rate, pool information, and operational status.
Your invoices are available in the Billing section of the portal. You can view invoice details and make payments directly through the app using credit card or bank transfer (ACH).
Use the Support section in the app to create a new support ticket. You can select the specific machine(s) affected and describe the issue. Our team will respond promptly.
Yes! The Terra Hosting Portal is available as a mobile app for iOS. Download it from the App Store to monitor your miners and manage your account on the go.
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the Settings section of your account. We support Google Authenticator and other TOTP-based authenticator apps for added security.
Already logged in? You can also submit support tickets directly through the app for faster assistance.
